
Yellfire is a Seattle-based four-piece band formed in 2018, comprising drummer Trent McIntyre, guitarist Eric Christianson, guitarist and vocalist Jeromē Sauer, and bassist Casey Nolan. Their music blends post-hardcore and noise rock influences, drawing inspiration from bands like Botch, Cave In, and Kiss It Goodbye.
In November 2024, Yellfire released their debut full-length album, "Dear Gods," produced by Matt Bayles and mastered by Magnus Lindberg. The album features guest appearances from notable musicians such as Ben Verellen (Helms Alee), John Pettibone (Heiress), Demian Johnston (Great Falls), and Nouela Johnston (People Eating People).
Yellfire tasked me with creating an impactful ad campaign to promote their upcoming record, Dear Gods. The campaign required a mix of static and dynamic content to engage their target audience effectively. I designed a series of striking static ads for social media and print, emphasizing the album's raw energy and dark aesthetic. Animated title cards were developed to highlight key themes and lyrics from Dear Gods, offering a glimpse into the album’s intensity. Additionally, I created motion graphic collateral, including promotional teasers and looping visuals for platforms like Instagram Stories and YouTube. The overall goal was to capture the band's gritty, post-hardcore vibe while building anticipation for the album's release
